Voting for the VOWS awards – where this years Brides and Grooms vote for their favourite suppliers – has now closed and the waiting begins.
I’ll know if I’ve been shortlisted in about three weeks time, and if I have, then it’ll be another three weeks before the awards dinner and ceremony at the Glasgow Hilton on November 9th.
So, my fingers are firmly crossed!
Whatever happens though, I’ve had some lovely comments in response to the emails I sent out asking for votes:
“Your photographs are still wonderful to look at and once our hall is finished, a few will be up there to remind us of our big day. Many thanks for a great job”
“I cant believe our wedding was over 6 months ago – life has been very busy with professional exams and our new family member is due to arrice just before our 1st wedding anniversary! The photos are still amazing to look at – lots of them on the walls around the house and the surprise box is great to take and show friends.”
“Absolutely no problem, I have been meaning to contact you and thank you for months now but like has been taken over by the business – and what better way to thank you than to tell everyone how amazing you are!! I’ve completed my nomination so good luck, you deserve it.”
